• Participate in the development of joint venture and other foreign investment agreements that build upon the company's strengths in competing long term in international markets.

Financing
• Design long and short term global financing strategy to take advantage of global capital markets and to manage foreign exchange and interest rate risk.

Organization
• Evaluate centralized versus decentralized treasury organizations and functions in relation to overall business strategy.

• Design and plan regional European and Asian finance centers to net international payments, invest cash, and manage foreign exchange and interest rate risk.
